“What Does a Class Feel Like?”

  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 8:00am Adult No-Gi & 6:30pm Adult No-Gi

  • Tue/Thu: 6:30pm Adult No-Gi

  • Competition class: Tue & Thu 7:30pm (invite-only track for competitors)

New here? Start with any Adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu class. We’ll take great care of you on day one.

What to Bring on Day One

  • Athletic wear (rashguard/tee and shorts/leggings—no zippers).

  • Water bottle, flip-flops for off-mat.

  • That’s it—we’ll handle the rest. We have loaner gear if needed.

Do I need to be in shape first?
