At Force Jiu-Jitsu, we help busy adults, teens, and kids in Douglas, GA get stronger, more confident, and safer training jiu-jitsu—while building real friendships and a team that has your back in and out of the gym.

Why Force Jiu-Jitsu?
Real results, real community. You’ll sweat, learn to protect yourself, and be welcomed by a tight-knit team that celebrates your wins. At Force Jiu-Jitsu, we combine no-gi jiu-jitsu with wrestling-inspired takedowns and a fun, games-based training style so you improve fast without feeling lost.
Our promise: show up consistently and we’ll coach you to a fitter body, a sharper mind, and skills that actually work.
How We Make Douglas Fit, Healthy, and Safe
1) Fitness that sticks
Jiu-jitsu is cardio, strength, and mobility rolled into one. Every round, you push, pull, hinge, crawl, and carry—natural movements that burn fat and build athleticism without boring routines.
2) Practical self-defense
You’ll learn how to control larger, stronger opponents using leverage and technique. We focus on positional control, escapes, and safe finishes, so you can protect yourself and your family.
3) Team building & camaraderie
Iron sharpens iron. You’ll train with encouraging partners, swap high-fives after hard rounds, and become part of a supportive, drama-free team. Expect accountability, laughter, and friendships that extend beyond the mats.
4) Coaching that meets you where you are
We use a games-based, ecological approach—short, focused drills and live problem-solving that match real situations. It’s engaging, beginner-friendly, and proven to speed up learning.
Who We Serve
Adults (All levels): Get in shape, reduce stress, and learn real self-defense—without needing any prior experience.

Kids (Ages 6–10): Fun classes that teach body awareness, respect, and bully-proofing through movement and play.
